At Quorvizl UK, we stand behind the quality of our handcrafted products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility Criteria

Items Eligible for Return:

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All original packaging and tags must be intact
  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) required

Items Not Eligible for Return:

  • Personalised or monogrammed items
  • Bespoke or custom-made products
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance
  • Products that have been used, washed, or damaged
  • Items without original packaging or tags

How to Initiate a Return

  2. Provide Details: Include your order number, item(s) to return, and reason for return
  3. Receive Authorization: We'll send you a Return Authorization Number and instructions
  4. Package Securely: Pack items carefully in original packaging
  5. Ship Back: Send to the address provided using a tracked service

Return Shipping

  • UK Returns: We provide a prepaid return label for your convenience
  • International Returns: Customer responsible for return shipping costs
  • Damaged/Defective Items: We cover all return shipping costs

We recommend using a tracked shipping service and retaining proof of postage.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Inspection completed within 3-5 business days
  • Refund processed to original payment method
  • Allow 5-10 business days for refund to appear
  • Email confirmation sent when refund is processed

Exchanges

If you'd prefer to exchange an item:

  • Follow the return process above
  • Indicate desired replacement in your return request
  • We'll ship the replacement once return is received
  • No additional shipping charges for UK exchanges

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact us immediately upon receipt
  • Provide photos of the damage/defect
  • We'll arrange collection at no cost to you
  • Replacement or full refund provided promptly

Cancellations

Before Production: Orders can be cancelled for a full refund if production hasn't begun (typically within 24 hours of order placement).

After Production Begins: Cancellations may incur a 25% restocking fee for standard items. Personalised items cannot be cancelled once production begins.

Consumer Rights (UK)

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have statutory rights including:

  • 14-day cooling-off period for distance sales
  • Right to reject faulty goods
  • Right to repair or replacement
  • Right to price reduction or refund

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
